Any unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise will be gladly exchanged for a different size/style/store credit or refund within 10 days of the shipment of the order. Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange items. Shipping costs on any damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Scott Phree will pay for shipping on defective merchandise provided that the damage was not caused by the customer.
**There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items with exceptions to defective products.
All clearance items or otherwise marked as "Final Sale" may not be exchanged or refunded.
We guarantee a 100% refund on all of our designer products with respect to authenticity in alignment with defection or faulty materials and/or hardware’s.

Scott Phree will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed or worn in any way, dried in a dryer or damaged/stained. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.

**Important (regarding FRAGRANCE PURCHASES)
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all fragrance purchases. All returned fragrance must be returned in its original packaging. Any unwrapped or used fragrances will not be acceptable for a refund.
Note: Requests are processed after our returns department confirms and examines the condition of the item. Refunds and Exchange Policy are subject to change without immediate notice.
Return credits take approximately three to five business days to process upon receipt of the item. Any shipping charges incurred are not refundable.
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit. A return or exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt online.
Returns with a Return/Exchange or Gift Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card merchandise exchange for the price paid. A gift receipt serves as proof of purchase price only for online.
Refunds with Receipt only
Refunds over $5 will defer to account history and price paid when receipt or copy of invoice is supplied by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
**To Return Items by Mail
- Include copy of invoice, circle item(s) that you are returning, and reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what items you would like in replace of item(s) ordered.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate new ship to address.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package and include a PRE-PAID shipping label. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D.
